JFA Re-Mastered

Slipknot – Iowa

Album:

Slipknot - Iowa

Originally a DR7 heavily clipped album – now “re-mastered” to a DR11-level – General dynamics treatments and so on.

DR11 Dynamic Range

Note: Reduce volume on retail by approximately 5db during playback for equal loudness comparison

The harsh clipping artifacts and muddiness has been removed as ceany as possible, in addition to maintaining the agressive tone of the abum and increasing the natural dynamics -To enjoy to its fullest, please play on a standalone/dedicated audio system (non-portable – non-builtin) if possible – and turn it up a good bit. The impact, and the resultant attention it draws from the listener as a result of the increased dynamics and seperation of instrumentss helps make the song a lot more memorable & also interesting.

do u think u could also remaster “The Persecuted Wont Forget” from Testament’s Formation of Damnation
Andy sneap is just a spaz
He ruins every album he produces
Paul Bostaph’s drums are stiffer than T-rex’s shit and flat. Maybe some good dynamics would help….

Please RE-Up the the two Iowa Files, because none of the 2 links is working and i want to hear the difference betweent the original Album and the remasterd files.

    Best Regards, Chris

Talking about Andy Sneap, I can say that is impossible to listen the last exodus’s albums. Musicians’ job is ruined by the loudness. Everything sounds loud and flat.
