I might've found out what is it. But I'm unable to remove it completely.

The one in the rectangle is the one I think may be problematic
I tried FFT Filter but it ain't eliminated fully

you can equalize it using Izotope RX. you can use the time frequency selection tool.

I bet it's a mp3 compression artifact: I found small amount of it in some tracks even in 320, e.g. "Hollywood Vampires" by L.A. Guns. So 192 will go even worse...
